To date four players have captained Gorseinon 1st XV on three occasions :- Alan Jones, Keith Thomas, Robert Steele and Louis Gazzi, with Louis' son Andrew surpassing all his predecessors (even his father) with being selected captain on FOUR occasions between 1988-1992.
Darren Wilcox has Captained the 1st XV for FIVE consecutive seasons and has regained the captaincy from last year, which will be the his 7th time as captain.
